I just help you believe it. That's the only answer I have for you. All my work is around helping you see and trust the wisdom inside of you.
Most people seek help or therapy to change who they are. Changing who you are isn't necessary to be content. Contentment and peace are in you right now. It's just a matter of shifting your attention to them.
If you are willing to “do the work”, I believe and the teachers that have helped me believe that this experience is available to anyone. This experience does not solve all of your problems, provide a miracle cure for physical ailments or alleviate severe mental illness. It can fundamentally change how you experience your life.
In our sessions, I will ask you questions about your Beliefs and we will discuss how your beliefs create your experience. Depending on where you are in your journey of self-discovery, I am going to suggest books, audio books and videos to help you deepen your spiritual interrogation.

My Path
I have done many things in my life and for most of it I struggled to make sense of life in a capitalist society that doesn’t seem to value life. My curiosity has taken me to numerous dead ends until I learned to examine my Belief Systems. When I was able to understand how my beliefs had backed me into an existential corner, I was able to liberate myself from them and find peace.
Now I have a practice to work with others to get to interrogate their belief systems so they can liberate themselves. I am a kind of life coach or spiritual coach. I am not a therapist or medical doctor. What I offer is the wisdom of over 20 years of seeking. When my friend introduced me to Taoism in 1998, it did not make sense and yet it still opened something in me. Eventually, I experienced what Taoism, Buddhism, and numerous mystical traditions have been pointing at in their mystical language. The language of mystics is confusing because the experience cannot be put into words. Still, they try because you can be guided there.
I was called to do this work after I realized that I was actively helping numerous people in my life make sense of their challenges. My combination of analytical intelligence and empathic sensitivity allows me to make sense of complex issues and tease out the competing forces at work in a given situation.
